The Colorado River is the lifeline to all in the southwest U.S, it provides drinking water as well as water for irrigation on farms. This river enables cities and towns to inhabit more people then ever though of. With so much dependence on the existence of this river, it is not surprising that many conflicts arise over the use of the water supply. There is also yet another problem, weather is unpredictable and if there happens to be a drought in the near future it could cause a complication for the human and animal population and the crops. The mouth of the river is at the Gulf of California.
